"When you order pizza it is to be happy, no delivery person has the right to play with your time for more than 20 minutes waiting, after they tell you that your order has arrived, they leave you waiting and are rude when making the delivery. IF YOU CANNOT DELIVER ORDERS, REMOVE THE SERVICE, DON'T BE RUDE BECAUSE THEY CHARGE FOR THAT SERVICE AND YOU LEAVE A TIP ON THE SIDE."
"Ordered the cheese garlic epic pizza pizza is cold order the garlic wings, the garlic wings covered with bunch of grease. I called to check on the pizza to see when it’s going to be delivered. They said it was already delivered and the guy on the other end of the phone hung up on me very disrespectful. I will never order from here ever again. When pizza guy finally came. I told him I called to see where pizza was and the manager said he already delivered it. I told him I didn’t received no pizza the delivery guy said the manager don’t know when pizzas are delivered. Very poor customer service and disgusting pizza."
"Decided not to go back for a refund and just leave this review here for everyone. This is just DISGUSTING!! I ordered from this Papa johns last night... I was charged extra for cheese dipping sauce and never got it, my breadsticks were hard as a rock, and to top it all off my pizza came with a hair in it!! I tried calling back MULTIPLE times and kept getting an error message. I guess their phone operators are people from a call center... $55 in the garbage and no dinner last night for me nor my kids! I will NEVER eat from here again!"
"This location delivered a pizza to my 9 year old daughter who was in the hospital for flu complications yesterday evening and they went above and beyond and sent her a brownie with a get well note!! We were so appreciative of their kindness it brightened my daughters stay. Thank you Papa John’s team!!"
