"Terrible…. Called to get a taxi because Uber was backed up … ended the call once I got confirmation on my Uber ride. Told him actually Uber found a driver but would call for a ride home. Said no call Uber for your ride home despite saying they were 24 hours. Clearly this business is a dying breed. Will contact another company to bring me back to my hotel. Don’t mind the Mark up on traditional taxis but would rather walk than give a cent to this company. Just look at the reviews I’m not alone… too many other companies I’ll give my corporate card to over charge me"
"Called for a cab from Cleveland Airport to my hotel, (listed as the "airport" location but a 10 minute drive with NO transport from airport, wth?) and nothing ever showed. Received a text long after a lovely hotel employee had called in a PERSONAL favor to help me get to the hotel. Blessings upon them ✨️"
"I called at 9:30pm to schedule a pickup for 1:45am. Was told I could call back at 1:15 to find out who the driver was and get their direct number. I did that, and then called the driver to verify that he would pick us up at 1:45, which he confirmed. At 1:50 we had not been picked up, so I called the driver again, and he said he would be there within 10 minutes, and he did not arrive until about 2:05, 20 minutes after our scheduled time despite my checking in. We also had luggage to load into the trunk and the driver did not offer to help, which isn't too horrible but it's something I expect from a can service."
