"Hellooo!!! Coming to Cleveland, take red line to downtown and you will be there in about 30 minutes ($2.50). We landed early on a weekday, decided to go straight to the art museum (cedar station). It took about 50 mins to get there. Train station in airports say a lot about public transportation and cleveland airport station is not the exception!!!"

"It’s a bit run down, at least one exit or entrance area has caution tape or blocked unsafe to walk areas. Avoid the rest areas as no attempt is made to keep them ‘public’ friendly. Lots or spit on floor, employees playing loud music and games, you can’t hear your own family to talk. Fuzzy radios at full volume will make you jump. In security line, the wheel chair people will bump you out of line and cut in front of you. TSA can’t stop them. They say they it’s the Municipal airports responsibility- like the rest areas. Just a small sign saying to use earphones or go outdoors would be nice. What does it take to get your employees to not be rude?"

"This airport is quite bad. The staff are sometimes friendly and sometimes not. However I was quite disappointing to learn that the euro cafe was not even open. However the sanitation was fine for the most part."

"Hated it. Place is a rip off. Bought a cup of coffee out the machine for $2 and all I got was a cup of HOT WATER! Then the little store tried to charge me $8 for a bag of chips! ...I know that's right."

"Never gotten lost finding it like the guy below. Probably the easiest ground transport to find in Hopkins. Cheap, efficient, and generally free of riff-raff."
