"One of the worse shipping/delivery company. Not really the drivers fault... if they're delivery or picking up a furniture. dont you think they would carry some sort of tools just in case they need it to assemble or disassembled? Also I wasn't home during the pickup my brother was and he had the worse customer experience with a dispatcher who was very rude."

"Delivery scheduled between 12- 4. Confirmed appointment and number in the morning. Zach called at 2.45 to give me my 40 min "on the way window." I asked if they could deliver through the back door upon arrival and they said that was not a problem. They were both very polite and even asked to wash their hands before taking the plastic off my new mattress.I was very pleased with their professionalism. Thank you for a great delivery of my new mattress!"

"Drivers arrived under the influence. Completely hammered at 11 am trying to deliver my mattress and they couldn’t. Driver ended up leaving and my mattress was not delivered. Complete clowns of a company. Unbelievable!"

"This company has horrible service and worse personnel. I needed a mattress delivery to the group home of my special needs sister. I was given a 4-hour window and had to hire staff to be there to accept delivery. Although it expressly said on the bill to remove the mattress from the home, "Tony" had to get home and couldn't be bothered. He didn't remove the mattress and there's no room in her bedroom for both the old and the new. When I called "Tony" he came up with the typical lies that lazy people tell to cover themselves and refused to return. The mattress company called them and they promised to be there the next day (today) between 8am and noon. So I scheduled staff to be there on an emergency basis to let them in. As I write this it is 1:30pm and no one has shown up. I am out $192 for the 8 hours of special staffing at $24/hr. No one has contacted me, nor can I reach anyone. Do not trust this company with any delivery that you care about. Because they most certainly do not care about you."
