"We've used them twice now with delivering an appliance purchase from OLA Retail. OLA is great if you're wondering, but they need different delivery options. My biggest complaint is 90% in the office, scheduling and lack of communication. When we had our fridge delivered last year, a phone call was missed from them, and a message was left to us with a day and time for delivery that did not work. We tried to contact multiple times to reschedule to absolutely no avail, so I had to miss priorities that I could not reschedule. The delivery was chaotic and awful all around. This time, delivery was very smooth, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. However, a phone call was received for scheduling the time, the time was *told* to us, and then the caller hung up without a chance for us to say that time doesn't work. Whatever, we will figure it out once again. The window was 9-11am, we called at 11:10 to be told they would be calling "soon" with an arrival time, to which they didn't call until 12:15 and showed up past 12:30, 1.5 hours after they were supposed to be leaving, and I had to re-reschedule my day. Melvin texted and said there was a problem that caused a delay outside of their control, but what is 100% inside of their control is communicating to us that there is a delay so we aren't the bad guys canceling things in our life at the last second."

"We used Jackson Express Services to deliver a large TV console purchased from a local furniture store. Mr. Jackson is very easy to work with and quickly scheduled our delivery. His crew arrived this morning with our purchase. The team was very polite and professional and took special care in delivering a large, heavy console to our family room. I recommend this company for your future moving needs."

"We hired them for a very easy move. The movers were untrained, fighting and yelling at each other. The boxes that were marked upstairs were all left downstairs, because they were to lazy to move them upstairs. They damaged my dresses, night stands, a chair, broke mirrors and broke several glass things. Boxes were marked clearly and had numerous fragile stinkers on the box, if they were fragile. I feed them lunch, gave them a tip before I realized the mess they made. They lied and said they had another move and we’re in a hurry. I actually felt bad since they came at 2:00 and it was 5:00. We paid them quickly, signed so they could get to the next move. I didn’t think I needed to babysit them because they were to be professional s. I called the owner immediately and he said they would come back for a reduced wage!!! Are you kidding me! Melvin is in this business for one reason, Money. We are in our seventies and can’t possibly move 25 boxes upstairs. His response is well you signed the form and paid. I should of kept them while I went and checked the mess. It was a terrible experience. Please save yourself the mess and don’t hire this company. He has an answer for everything you say. You can tell he’s been saying the same lies to other customers,"
