"This place is way over priced. If you like appliances from the 1980s and no privacy from your neighbors and lots of pounding and noise then this is the place for you. I am so happy to be out of that miserable place with the miserable people they have working there. The first year they kept up with the lawn and everything but now there's no grass and it's basically the ghetto of stow where all the teenagers hang out in the parking lot because they know the property management won't do anything about it. They leave trash everywhere it's like living in the projects."

"First time renting from Seal Properties, and I have not moved into my unit for my lease (November 2022-October 2023) yet, but I absolutely loved my experience and first impressions from Property Manager Destiny K, which is why I am leaving my review! Went to tour a few units at the Columbia Woods complex in Norton and she had another property a short drive away that she thought I may like for the same price and she was 100% right!!! As a sales retail manager, I appreciated her outright approach to my questions answers and her genuine personal touch to our first interaction for unit tours. Excited for moving in! :)"

"I think this place is sweet! It might be the cheapest utility bill I've ever had. Its usually around 30-45 bucks a month. Its almost always super quiet. In our whole year here nothing ever broke or needed maintenance. The building itself is nice and sturdy. The temperature inside is always comfy except for the hottest and coldest days, so I rarely need to put on heat or AC. Its in a nice little location but still real close to the freeway, shops and The Gorge & Cascade parks. Management & the neighbors have all been super cool and friendly! Thank you very much!"

"Apartments are kinda small & could be somewhat updated, add a few more windows. It’s like being in a damn box. They don’t help with maintenance, call about something & wont get done. The ladies in the office are rude and will become hostile if your late on rent, almost like you’re being bullied. Neighbors always smoking outside of apartments and it triggers my asthma, but they don’t care. The light fixtures could be hanging on from a zip tie, (like mine). Don’t rent from here."
