"If your okay with no parking spots so your forced to park buildings away from your unit, having your AC unit leak EVERY summer and flooding your living room, maintenance men coming in and out with no pre warning or notice, them charging you for carpet damage after you move due to the leaky AC unit, and then lying about other damage just so they can keep your security deposit, them ignoring you since they realize you have proof of their lies, now you have to take them to court to get your money back…. If your okay with that then it’s a perfect place to stay"
"I would say Linden Lane is an outstandingly mediocre place to live. Overall good, though. The 2 bed, 2 bath unit is nice and spacious, and the appliances were brand new when we moved in, and are great! We've not had issues in our unit save some crazy noisy upstairs neighbors, who were likely outliers in that respect. We believe they may have moved out, so the next occupants may show us whether it's thin floors, or if it was just them. I will go through a few things now that I believe make it outstandingly mediocre, though, and end with the good. 1. Planning. Any planned events, things happening on the property, etc., are not done in a timely manner or handled well in my opinion. The lines in the parking lot were recently repainted (which is nice, sure), and staff notified residents the day of that cars needed to be moved around the property, and then expected residents to be able to do so immediately. There were a few cars that, understandably, were not moved, as those residents could have been out of town and unable to move their cars, or any number of things, and they began emailing specific license plates requesting those cars to move. I sent an email reply to them, asking how they could expect everyone to just drop everything for their poor planning, and never received a response. I hope this feedback is received well, and staff can give better notice in the future. 2. This one is more of a small issue, and more than anything was simply annoying. The staff planned a movie night which rendered the gym closed, and residents were not notified. It would have been easy to let residents know, and it would have been easy, too, to just not block the gym door with a table with a popcorn machine on it. Like I said, a small issue, but again, poor planning, imo. 3. Trash "service." There are, to my knowledge, two dumpster areas on the property. In a previous apartment complex we lived in (that really set the bar for us, LC in Columbus), trash services were around a $10 fee, and a company picked up trash bags from residents at the units. At Linden, the trash fee is $15, and you must walk all trash to the dumpsters yourself, and as far as I'm aware, there isn't even an option to recycle, which frankly, is pretty unacceptable. 4. My partner and I own a dog, and I would say are responsible pet owners. There are many bag/poop throwaway stations around the property, which is much appreciated, but there are many residents who leave poop all over the property, and it's becoming increasingly annoying. If this review is seen, I'd like to see something sent to all residents about picking up poop, again. It isn't hard, it's just part of owning a dog. But like I said, the property is equipped with 4 bag stations with trash cans, so I think that's great, and more than enough opportunity to throw poop away with ease. Overall, it's an okay place to live while you're in between renting and owning, and I'm glad we found Linden...simply mediocre leaning toward good, and was one of the only options we found that could accommodate us for when we wanted to move. It's also in a great location, just a minute away from Krieger's fresh market, 10 minutes away from CVNP (the Ledges and Kendall lake), and right off Graham road, which has lots of food options, etc. It's about 8 minutes from downtown Cuyahoga Falls, and is a few minutes walk from the Mud Brook Greenway trail!"
"Andrew in the office is great, very helpful and kind. The layout of the apartments is nice as well. However: I can’t say the same about the property manager, Robbie. You will not receive a response until consistently going into the office and asking. She took TWO months to respond back, after rudely speaking to me in person. She claims she is busy and has a lot of emails to respond to… but I’ve never known someone who’s good at their job to be two months behind in emails. Overall: if your apartment has no issues, it’s a great place. If you have to deal with the property manager, i wish you luck!"
"We truly love it here, when we moved in everything was super clean + welcoming. The maintenance team is quick and thorough which is greatly appreciated and hard to find in other apartment communities. Andrew has been an absolute delight with any questions or concerns we have had. We will without a doubt be resigning our lease for another year! Great location, great community!"
