"I went to look at a unit for rent after receiving a notice from management. I met with the maintenance staff, they were professional and helpful. There is a lack of communication with the office staff, but I understand there's only a few people who's working there. The complex was well kept with nice views and very quiet."

"if you plan on renting with Nicole do not. at all costs. I had mice that they never removed. everything was constsntly broken and they had an attitude about fixing anything and would take forever. one day at 1am my ceiling flooded and my carpet was soaked for days. bugs get into this place like you wouldn't believe. and the neighbors many, not all, are incredibly picky about where and when you and your guests park even though you pay to live there abd there is no assigned parking. which also means at certain times. you will have a long walk. she also surpassed the legal time to get me my deposit back and did not give me the interest earned with it like I am entitled to. I called many many many times about getting a pool pass as well. good luck you'll never get into those pools. Don't move here especially not under Nicole."

"I just didn't understand how Staci was so sure that apartment was available. Soon as Maintenance showed me the apartment.. I emailed her to tell her I was interested she immediately stated it was taken. Is it because they don't rent to African-Americans. Feelings was hurt because it just felt odd.."

"It's cozy, private, unique, and well-maintained. When touring, the previous tenant really beat it up so they had a LOT of work to do to have it ready for us to move in but maintenance did a great job at bringing it back up to standard. My roommate and I both have private balconies and we have a private seating area by our front door so it's great to have that much outdoor space. I love only having to pay for electric since everything else is included in the rent (much like Timber Top but a much safer place to live!) It's a smaller complex and it's incredibly safe and quiet. You don't hear any loud parties, road noise, or neighbors. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around but that is it. The management company has always been prompt with replying to phone calls and emails. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and secure with no chance of random strangers being able to enter since it requires a key card only given to tenants. I love the seclusion with all the trees, it's truly serene. My only thing is that the water is well-water (something I'm not used to) so the smell can be a little unsettling. It even occasionally comes out with a yellow/brown hue. Just throw a water filter on your sink or let the water run clear. Other than that, no complaints!"

"Keep trying to get ahold of someone because I'd love to look at an apartment as I'm very interested. Ive called, emailed, left voicemails and still have not gotten anything back. Ive heard from a newer tennant that this is normal. This needs to change."
