"Please don’t even try to live here. All they care is money! We had an agreement for a 3-bed apartment ($1275 security deposit), then the price went dramatically high ($1915) when I came to sign the contract. They took (actually stole) my application fee $100. I wish I had listened to my friends’ advice before I came here. The apartments look nice but the service is the worst."

"DO NOT MOVE IN! I have never had a worse experience living somewhere. They tell you the apt are soundproof, it is a complete lie. There was never a minute of silence the walls are paper thin I could here everything going on around me, the cars driving on the road and in the parking lot, i could hear every convo and tv in every other apt, my walls would shake when people were going up and down the stairs, it sounded like the tenants above me were going to fall through my ceiling whenever they walked.The walls were so thin,my neighbor would smoke in her bathroom and my entire bathroom smelled like cigarettes. Just for that alone Would give zero stars. Management was awful, rude and didnt want to help with anything. Everyone I talk to says they cannot wait to leave. The apt itself is made to look nice but is cheaply made. If you move in dont expect most of your deposit back. Most reviews for this company will tell you they try to take it all for nothing. I was charged 450 for pet odor and painting the walls when its their responsibility for doing that, they always dodge me when i refute the charges. They also use a fake company to charge you. For a luxury apt there is nothing luxury about it rent is too high since you have not one ammenity. The whole lot design is awful theres not enough parking for the 2 buildings and too much for the one building. They rarely salt and plow in the winter. I could not wait to leave, if your looking for somewhere to rent look elsewhere. Would give negative 100 stars in possible. Do not pay attention to any 5 star reviews for this place it is the company adding the review themselves."

"DONT RENT HERE.....I haven't had HVAC in one of my kids bedroom for over one year now. I have made numerous complaints about this to management and they have sent no less than 6 HVAC workers out here in 14 months and all say the same thing...when they built the building, they never hooked up the HVAC to the bedroom. Their answer; to put a window AC unit in the bedroom for 3 months causing my electric bill to skyrocket. Now its winter and 20 degrees and my kids are freezing instead of sweltering. Another complaint to management and another HVAC guy to come out and look at the problem.....AGAIN!!!! I ask for a prorated rent rate after 14 months of dealing with this constant headache and they laugh at me and say we don't do free rent. Nothing like trying to make a good tenant want to stick around. Or better yet, how about you just fix the problem on the first trip out so I don't have to constantly be inconvenienced by your half dozen visits to not fix the problem. If you live at 407 or 405 and come in after 9pm or 10pm; be prepared to walk and park somewhere behind 401. Now this walk isn't normally a huge deal, but when you have 20 bags of groceries or a bunch of stuff to carry it can be a pain. There isn't sufficient parking for 407 or 405. Every time I shut the oven door, the breaker gets tripped for some strange reason. This is a total pain when you are trying to bake something or cook on the stove. Don't think you are going to get a full size front load washer and dryer in the cubby they give you for a washer and dryer without modifying the bi-fold doors and the doors on the washer and dryer. It just won't fit. There is no free gym membership as advertised. The folks at the gym will give you a free month trial but don't expect a free gym membership. This is false advertising. The people that live here apparently can't lift the trash lid to the dumpster to throw their trash out. They like to set the trash next to the dumpster with any large boxes or trash they don't feel like disposing of properly. I am constantly picking up others trash around here. As much as they charge for rent here, you honestly could buy a house for the same as they charge in rent; or cheaper. Also be forewarned that when your one year lease is up, they won't go month to month. It was like pulling teeth when I decided to move out because they continuously harass you into signing another years lease and want 90 days notice before you move out. This makes it very difficult to plan a smooth transition to moving into, or building a home, without losing more rent money to these folks. Keep in mind that there are section 8 and low income apartments all behind this apartment complex. Be prepared to deal with a a bunch or misfit children running unsupervised near the complex. This place sure beats being homeless and living on the streets but not much more than that. A one-star rating is generous. UPDATE: 11/4/2018 This management company has a reputation for not paying back tenants their security deposit when you move out and they were all right. I returned the property/apartment back to the agent in the same condition of cleanliness, repair, and sightliness as at the move in date and they charged me $175.00 to paint the unit and another $97.00 to clean the unit. The apartment was left spotless and in better condition when I left it and now have to file a small claim suit against Twin Crown Properties. I even took a cell phone video before I moved out to document the condition fearing management would try and keep a portion of my deposit. Off to small claims court to get the remainder of my deposit back. UPDATE 12/3/2018 I showed the video to Danny Karam who refunded my complete deposit before going to small claims court."

"DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS APARTMENT!!! The only thing that they, especially Marvin the manager, cared was the money. They requested a lot of the deposit like one month rent fee when I moved in, and offered rude management experiences many times. I will leave an another review after fighting so hard to get my deposit back because they took much money from my deposit after I moved out. Also, this apartments were made with very cheap and poor materials, so it was very overpriced and I could hear everything around me as well. It was the worst apartment that I have lived so far near Stow."

"I had previously rented from two separate properties managed by Karam and I too had identical experiences to the other reviews regarding not getting my security deposit back. I moved into Creekside after leaving Hidden Hills and had I known the hassle I was going to have to go through to question unjustified deductions from my deposit amount I would not have moved into Creekside. At least when I moved out of Creekside I knew what to expect and low and behold a huge portion of our deposit was withheld again for things that were absolutely normal wear and tear that comes with living somewhere for two years. The quality of the units is poor and definitely not worth the headache of getting a fraction of your deposit back when you move out."
