"The place is geared for 55 yrs plus but only have a small amount of handicap parking near the elevator. Building is designed very poorly in my opinion. Staff is not the most helpfull or warm with questions regarding property upkeep. The community leader does not do their job! Who do we contact that can help the residents?"
