"We have been waiting over 2 months to have our security deposit returned. Every time we have tried to contact the office or the management company we are given the run around and are no closer to getting our money back. A lady from Millenia promised to give my girlfriend a call back as she agreed this is ridiculous and then she never returned the call. She has since been denying my girlfriends calls and we cannot get ahold of anyone there. I will be submitting a letter of demand. If it is not adhered to then I will be filing a lawsuit through small claims court."

"Nice apts, great parking. For me it's management. Paid $1275 deposit along with 1st month $1275. Lived there for 4 years while I was working in Ohio. Each month was paid. Had to leave to go back to down south to MS. Left before new month when I was to sign another lease. Was told I didn't pay $1275 deposit and they hit my credit report for over $2600. These people are cheaters. There was always confusion with management. They were mismanaging money according to the contractors that used an apt in the building I was staying in. DONT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL CHEAT YOU IF THEY CAN."
