Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kent - University Area, an IHG Hotel

"We have stayed here before, rooms are nice, front desk service needs some additional training, even walked up to sleeping clerk(in the morning)?? Breakfast should be hotter for the hot food and attendant needs to keep better track of items running out(maybe a training issue) Would stay here again if in the area they are updating the rooms so interested to see end work."

"I have stayed here frequently and recommend it to others. I found it to be more than adequate. Good parking, kept clean and nice staff."

"What is there to say? Primo frickin' room (had the 2 seater jacuzzi!), nice polite staff, good breakfast (the standard fare, eg. "pretty damn good thank you"), clean room - and the coffee didn't suck! What else is there?"

"So after having a very bad experience at the Hampton across the street I checked in here. Everything was OK until I went into the bathroom. I found poop in the toilet bowl. It had to have been the cleaning personel. To their credit a lady did come up and clean the toilet. Also no ice bucket. Had to get one at the front desk."

"Incredibly convenient location if you have somebody attending Kent State, easy to find right off the highway. Rooms are good, beds are nice, but they have the absolute worst chairs I've ever been in. The breakfast they provided is surprisingly nice for a small buffet style."
