"Not a good place to live, they are bug infested, bedbugs that is. And they're very hard to get rid of, so if you don't want to dispose of ALL you belongings stay away from there"
"They take forever to get around to fixing stuff, dumpster is always full. My brother lived here and hated it"
"BEDBUGS everywhere!!! Not being treated properly, spreading from apartment to apartment. Making elderly residents sick from bite infections, pesticides and extreme stress. Uninhabitable conditions!!! Instead of being treated with heat, steam and professional services properly, and promptly to kill the BEDBUGS. They are just haphazardly spraying pesticides that cause the bugs to migrate from apartment to apartment. Destroying residents belongings and causing major health concerns. Rude, unsympathetic staff causing terrible stress to very elderly residents. Place should be ashamed, and condemned. Health department website shows active infestation from at least as far back as April 2022 to present. There will be litigation proceedings!"
"BEDBUGS in entire building. Biting residents making them sick. Management do not do anything soundly. City Health Department obviously does not care. Lawyers are going to being involved. The place is unINHABITABLE. SLUMLORDS!! Elderly residents on a fixed income cannot do anything for themselves, they have no extra money. Where is this cities humanity?? Who will replace belongings that are now infested? What is wrong with people that they take advantage of old people?"
"These apartments are just old and dark, looks like somewhere you would go to just die, depressing! The staff that works there are wonderful..the owners need to rehab these apartments soon. I wouldnt recommend these apartments to anyone."
