"Sheila was great at helping us find our apartment. The office location is a little tricky to find, so I am uploading a photo so it can be easier for future folks trying to find. The Vanguard office is INSIDE of The Cliffs building. We have had some issues day one (toilet leaked, radiator leaked, sink peeling)… however, maintenance is ON IT. They showed up the following day for the plumbing issues (even on the weekend) and then normal business day for sink issues. Overall it’s been great so far. I just moved in, so I will give an update after a year or so."

"In 2004, I got my second apartment though management company “Gold Coast Properties” I rent it apartment at “Lakewood Cliffs Apartments” Apt#607. When I first met Dan Shepard” He was very nice person, he always looks out for me. When i first moved in to apartment it was nice. In 2009 the name is Vanguard Properties Management. I was living at the same apartment site for 19 years from 2004-2023. In July 2023 I applied for another apartment in the same building down the hall from same floor. So in August 2023 I moved in to the new apartment. I love it so much I been in for a few months I still love it. What a beautiful place upgrade with new appliances, nice countertop, new carpet, the flooring looks amazing. The bathroom looks beautiful. Everything else looks great. It’s feels like home. Like “home sweet home” my two favorite maintenance workers is Josh and Tracy” and the rest of maintenance team are awesome. I want to say thank you” Sheila Marszal, for her hard work, I want to say thank you to “Molly and Mary for looking out for me.
