"Scammy rental agency. They want you to pay money for the application fee, with no intention of renting you an actual apartment. Also the unit you look at won’t be the unit available. Go thru another company, this place is bad, they wasted my time, and after how poorly I was treated by their leasing agent “Natalie” I’m disgusted. Hope this terrible company goes bankrupt."

"Lived here for 1 year. Management was great and responsive. No bug issues or noise issues as everyone was responsible. Rent was reasonable. They put in a brand new carpet when I moved in and let me pick out paint colors. Only one issue as my ceiling did leak due to the drain on the roof clogging, but maintenance came within hours and spent a week ensuring my place was as it was. I really enjoyed my stay here and will miss having landlords who truly cared and checked in on us."

"I have been living here since 2017. Here are some facts about the apartment: 1 It is pet friendly. 2 In each floor, there are two or three units. 3 It has inside parking which you have to pay for it, also it has a parking lot with capacity of about 20 cars which is free and first comes, first serves. Let me tell you about the building itself. It is made of concrete so in terms of heating and cooling, it is very efficient. There is no bug, mouse, etc. Very clean and convenient. The units are clean and comfy. People who live here are very friendly and polite and quiet. In the whole 4 years I have been here, I have never had any problem with neighbors. No pet sound, noise, nothing. The managers are the best. Lisa and Matthew are the managers and they are wonderful people. This is the best part of living here. They are great people with big hearts. I never moved out because I always felt safe and comfortable because of these people. Very helpful. There were times when I locked myself out of my unit 2Am in the morning, I called Lisa and she was helpful. I needed battery jump and Matthew helped me with that. Just to mention a few things they helped me with. I really do not see any negative point about this apartment. Totally worth living here. Not to mention the location which is really awesome. I wish I could stay more. But it is time for me to move to another city."

"Moved out a couple months ago, and man do I miss these landlords. You will not find a landlord who genuinely cares about you and is there to help at all hours of the day. It’s a great location and the units are pretty good, but Matt and Lisa work their butts off to make it feel like home and ensure you are taken care of. Wonderful place to live"

"I have known Matt and Lisa, the landlords since 2006. They are wonderful, and this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in, because of them! The only reason my husband and I moved was because we bought a house, but I was so sad to leave. The apartments do not look like much on the outside, but the landlords and the community of the building makes it a perfect place to live."
