"My buddy lived here. He was not impressed, but the price was reasonable."
"This place seemed nice, however beware: NO HEAT FOR 11 DAYS AND NO COMPENSATION! WHY? Asking for some money towards the $655.00 rent plus gas that you pay because it was their 4 story building that has not provided any heat in this 9 degree weather. When asking when it will be fixed or what they can do for you the answer is unknown, " maybe $50.00". If you do the math and divide each day you had no heat, you should subtract that and give each tenant at least $250.00. Bad customer service! Still no heat! :/"
"I spoke with Jennifer, the building leasing agent, in November 2015 about potential studio and two-bedroom units available. She was very flustered at the time of our call (there were phones ringing in the background and other types of noise) and consequently her responses to my inquiries were short. She was, however, able to tell me that there was a studio available in Dec. for $500 but it was not able to viewed at this time and then advised that I call someone at their Kenilworth location for more information and ended the call. After more research online about this studio unit I called Jennifer a second time. When she finally returned my call about four days later, I explained that the location and price were ideal for me and if I were able to see the studio and liked it I would gladly file an application on the spot and was prepared to provide the deposit and first months rent to hold my spot until the unit was actually available. Jennifer then explained that the unit could not be viewed until Dec. 1st when the current tenant had moved out (as the tenant desired) and that the unit was not $500 dollars. I reminded her that was the price she told me when we first spoke and that was the price listed online. Her response was that she "didn't tell me that" and that she could not give me an accurate price for the unit until the current tenant moved out in December. I then inquired about the size of this unit to see if the measurements listed online were accurate since viewing the studio was not currently an option and Jennifer's response was "I don't know the measurements of the unit." She then again advised that I check out some one-bedroom units available at their Kenilworth location and I had to remind her for a third time that I was not interested. Despite my reluctance to move into this facility after the lack of information able to be provided to me, I called Jennifer a third time, around Dec. 3rd, and left a message explaining who I was and my interest in viewing the studio if/when it was available and never received a returned phone call. I now see that this studio has been posted on multiple rental websites for a few weeks, but based on the incompetence of the leasing staff I have no problem taking my money where the staff has time to return phone calls and can actually answer a question."
