"Nice apartments but a horrible company. DO NOT SIGN with them. They will charge you $250 to go on a waitlist and that's just what it is! Not a "hold fee." They use the term "Hold Fee" so they can make you think you actually "got the apartment" when you DON'T! Then they give you a lousy 72 hours to cancel and they say it's NON-REFUNDABLE. There's never a floor plan IN the area you want only the more expensive ones. Don't trust the "on-line" prices because when you call the price is much higher and they use the excuse of "based on availability." I got dragged around with this and found another complex to rent from that was much easier to deal with and similar to that of Redwood and no hassle no waitlist or hold fees required and a little less money to boot. I never got my $250 back and I didn't even sign a lease with them. They are out for your money NOT your business. BEWARE! Don't sign anything with this company. You'll thank me for letting you know. GOOD LUCK!"

"They will CONTINUALLY SPAM YOU WITH OFFERS AND COUPON CODES. IT'S RELENTLESS. YOU ALREADY PAY A FORTUNE TO LIVE IN A PLACE WITH ZERO AMENITIES. They keep emailing, hanging stuff on your door to BUY BUY BUY so they can get a cut from whatever company they are pushing. They're like influencers! It's AWFUL!! And there's zero courtesy for long time renters and loyalty. They keep raising rent. Doesn't matter that you've been loyal, make zero complaints, etc. Your rent is being raised! Pretty soon they'll price themselves right out of loyal renters. They are like Avon ladies or Jehovah Witnesses constantly trying to sell you something. It's so annoying!! If it's not your door, it's email! And their lease says "No Soliciting.". The IRONY!"
