"Location was perfect for us. Service was very good. And the price of the room was reasonable plus free parking and breakfast. Can't go wrong there. If we have to stay overnight near Cleveland we will definitely be back ."

"First room we checked into had alot of issues. Dust and chunks of drywall thruout room. We were moved when we noticed ceiling leaking next to bed. The second room however was amazing! Updated and clean! Breakfast was amazing and most of the staff was nice and helpful. Location is the best part. About 8-15 mins away from anything we were there for. Would stay again just request a first floor room."

"Hotels in downtown Cleveland were sold out/expensive so we chose to stay here. It's very convenient to downtown and much cheaper. We wanted a room with a TRUE suite with a door, multiple rooms, not a curtain divider or kitchenette being called a "suite." This is a true suite. My only complaint is the lack of dishes, likely a holdover from COVID. The breakfast was good, and the room was decent with a three year old, though it was way too easy for him to try to climb the cabinets. See pics. I also really liked the images to help you remember your room number! Genius. My son's only complaint is the lack of paw patrol on the TV and the outdoor pool being closed due to the season."

"This hotel was one of many recommended to me because of the area. I was in town for a baby shower. This was a nice hotel, the service was great, the room was nice as well. The breakfast was okay. There were a few options, not alot ( in my opinion). We stayed on the third floor in the back. I wish there was another elevator in the back as well. We took the stairs. There a lot of restaurants and stores in the area which was convenient and great.Overall, this was a great option for us."
