"Good service and location for the price. Room is well equipped and beds are comfortable. The hotel lobby is currently going through a renovation. From what they currently have completed, it's going to look very nice. The staff is professional and welcoming."

"Affordable stay with my kids. Our heater went out unexpectedly during a snow storm. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when I showed up to the holiday inn. The rooms were very clean and the hotel was quiet."

"If you are traveling down the interstate and decide to stay at this hotel please note: 1. Saturday breakfast buffet is not free. It is hosted in the restaurant side of the hotel for $9.95. You are offered the same buffet food that most hotels serve at a complimentary buffet breakfast bar: watery oatmeal, powdered eggs, soggy pancakes and the like. 2. If you are looking for free coffee in the lobby you won’t find it. Coffee is also offered in the restaurant area and can be purchased for $2 and change. 3. Our room was on the 5th floor and seemed to be newly renovated. We did not have any issues. However, when you check-in you may want to inquire at the front desk if there are renovations happening on your floor. Workers were playing loud music well past 5pm check-in and the strong smell of chemicals filled the hallways. If you have sensitivity to sounds/smell you may want to avoid these areas of the hotel. 4. Bring your own snacks :) This hotel does not have vending machines for snacks (only drinks). There is also no commissary/“market” at the front desk to purchase snacks as with other comparable hotels."

"The reason I am leaving this review is because of how good of a job this Holiday Inn location does with the Cleveland Pinball and Arcade Show. This location does a great job and the staff members are always willing to help and the hotel does a really great job taking care of things when this event is going on. My family members and I have been going to the pinball and arcade show for the past several years and it has always been a blast. I would recommend coming to this event at this location here. You will not regret it."

"Attended TAA Extravaganza at this Holiday Inn in 2022 and 2023. Service was excellent, rooms were clean and bright, and the hotel staff was friendly. Tracy, the manager of the cleaning staff, went out of her way to clean my room late Saturday afternoon after it was determined that it had not been done earlier that day. The staff at the bar were exceptional, especially the manager - and the drink servers. Food was also tasty -- and hot (which is not always the case in hotels). Finally, the Holiday Inn is near some very good restaurants, and easily accessible via highways. This is a great place for business/culture events, or to spend time with friends and family!"
