"Had the tenant who moved in after me use my electricity for 3 months… management never returned my calls."
"Lived in this apartment building from summer 2019 until summer 2020. The building itself is relatively old, but the unit i had was well kept. Noise wise, since i lived in a corner unit, didn't hear much from the unit above. I lived on the fifth floor, facing towards Lakewood. The view was still nice. The building had a very decent gym, and paying for the underground parking was a huge plus considering all the snow. Julie from the front office was also very friendly. The only downside was that rent payments had to be done through check or money order, which is a bit behind the times. But other than that, i enjoyed my time here."

"I lived here for 2 years after college and only moved because I was moving to a new city. The only bad thing that they won't tell you is that the harbour side gets very hot during the summer. Since the AC unit is in the living room it's hot in the bedroom even with a chain of fans to try to cool it down. Other than that, management was always very responsive, the rent was a good price, and it is in a great location. I would recommend living here if you're looking for a simple but nice apartment."
"Whatever you do, do not park in the parking lot. A couple of friends from out of town and I went to visit a friend who lives here, parked for about an hour in front of the place. Both cars were gone by the time we came back outside, slapped with hundreds of dollars in fees"
