The Shoreham Apartments

"I have lived at the Shoreham for a little over 2 years, and I love it! The location is prime, on the Gold Coast, and one of more affordable options in the area. Best bang for your buck in terms of renting. I can see the lake and the Cleveland skyline from my window, which is a blessing to see the sunrise. James, Misty, and Mary are very understanding and helpful property managers and coordinators. Dan and the other service/ maintenance staff are friendly, helpful, and very quick at their job! The neighbors are very friendly, and I met one of my best friends at this apartment complex. I don't have pets, but I am happy the units are so dog/cat friendly. The building is older (built in the 70s? maybe) so sometimes I wish they would do more modern renovations. However, I am happy that the brand new elevators are installed as well as new carpeting on some floors. Also, out of all the back yards on edgewater, The Shoreham's is one of the best. It has one of the largest backyards and lakefront pools in the area. Also, having a heated garage is priceless during Cleveland winters, especially when working early/late shifts at a hospital. MetroHealth MC is about 15 to 20 minutes away, and Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is about 20 to 30 minutes away. Being a stones throw from Edgewater Park, Lucky, CVS, Starbucks, and Lakewood Park is truly wonderful and convenient. Love loving here."

"Ever since I moved in here, I’ve felt right at home. The views are amazing, the building is always kept super clean, and it’s very quiet. The area is great and easily walkable to a grocery store, Starbucks, Edgewater Park, etc. I 100% recommend moving here. You won’t regret it."

You'll come for the view, which never seems to get old waking up basically next to the lake, but you'll stay for the wonderful community and neighborhood amenities."

"Absolutely outstanding! This place has absolutely the best staff and management I’ve seen in an apartment building. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. When there is an issue their staff is quick to communicate and almost always accessible- prompt too with maintenance issues. The pool is the Ultimate hangout spot in the summer with friendly residents! Super clean, beautiful flowers and a gas grill. :)"
