"The walls are very thin. I could hear neighbors, their tv, etc. The amenities are very old. Extremely low ceilings that felt like living in a shoe box. Outdated, old gym. Just subpar, old, & cheap overall. Lakewood is a interesting neighborhood full of bars & things though. Only positive is them having free parking & the maintenance guys & people were nice. I lived here for a few months before leaving because the lack of nice features was too underwhelming even while in an "upgraded" unit. The building & units are just too poor looking & unattractive to enjoy living here. It made me wanna live somewhere better. Cheap blinds on the balcony door, uneven kitchen floor tiles, a rusted rail on the balcony, dark old carpet & things in the common hallways/areas, no ice maker even in the freezer..just 2 cheap ice trays. Just dark, hooded & old. They can't even program all area codes in the call box for non 216 people to let delivery drivers inside! They're using very old systems & keys. Even the yellow paint on unit walls is outdated. Not fresh. If you're on a budget & don't mind these things, retired, or in a bind, it can work. They kept my security deposit & I don't mind as I hope they get money & loans to improve things. I'm giving an honest review so some people aren't fooled by online pics or promises before signing paperwork. If you're the type of person who likes to be proud/happy of where you live, this is subpar. If you can get by & accept what's mentioned or just starting out it's ok. I didn't feel comfortable bringing company here. I hope the owner gets some investment to improve this place. I saw some nicer places in Lakewood where people lived."

"We just moved in and couldn’t be happier. The apartments themselves are well maintained with lots of amenities. The manager & staff are wonderful, friendly and kind. The maintenance team is fantastic and I see people cleaning all the time, washing windows, sanitizing, vacuuming, wiping down door handles and surfaces etc. There are lots of fun events too.This approach to apartment living turns the residence into a community."

"Great apartments for a great price. Staff is very helpful, friendly, and complete requests in a timely manner. i.e maintenance staff works on your service request day of, or the day after requested. The job is done extremly quickly and effectively. The overall quality of care staff and management put out, really makes this apartment run smoothly and makes this a nice, safe place to live."
