"Former community manager they don’t care about the tenant they had bad indent back n February on the property and they won’t get All the cameras working correctly for safety I would not live there and to don’t fix anything"

"12.16.22-The current property manager, named Rebecca Powell has been extremely inconsiderate regarding my daughter, who is 9 months pregnant moving into the building on Malvern. She had been on the waitlist for over a 2 years. We would constantly check back, emailing the manager at the time (April Carter) to see where we were on the waitlist only to never receive a response. April had her complete paperwork only to never be heard from again. Rebecca had her fill out online paperwork back in August only to MIA; when checking back with her in December she stated she had 2 apartments that would soon be available and stated she needed to now come in and complete it. She did and since then she has been MIA once more. Rebecca has made 3 appointments for her to come in to bring in her personal documents but she was not present for the appointments, did not call my daughter, nor did she answer her phone calls. She asked for her supervisors number and she would not give it to her. If this is any indifcation, on top of the reviews I see, I think its best we move on. We will be trying to reach someone involving this matter but unfortuanetly when it comes to subsidized housing, many feel its ok to treat others this way."

"Lived there for a little over 2 years. I moved in Sept. . I became fed up with maintenance of the property and their roach problem. The whole building is infested! The building also isn't secure . Kids would play right in front of my windows at all hours of the night . And my car was shot up as well as a bullet hitting my bedroom window while my child and I were sleeping. I would not recommend anyone to live there!"

"Stayed for 2years and dont know how. Roaches invaded my home crawling under ther the front door, through ceiling cracks. Each and EVERY TENANT there had roaches and if they say they don't they're lying. Propert mgt sits on a throne in the office. Looks down upon all tenants. Place should be condemned. Feeling sorry for those who cant do better than that place:("
