"HEALTH DEPARTMENT needs to inspect this hotel. It is not suitable for guest reservations. There is water damage and molding. There was not even a door on the rear exit until the day we checked out. The overweight lady at the front desk was absolutely rude and inconsiderate. The elevator was broken down, there is no room service/ cleaning. There is no breakfast served. There was only 1 wash cloth in our room. We originally booked for 8 nights but ended up checking out almost immediately due to the conditions of the hotel and the unprofessionalism of the staff there. Just an absolutely terrible experience all the way around. I wouldn't stay in this hotel if it was free. Don't waist your money!!"

"They will charge you a whole bunch of random amounts. You will never get room service. They’ll try to charge you after you leave. They’ll lie and claim damages when there isn’t any. DO NOT STAY HERE everyone that works here is incompetent and the rooms are absolutely disgusting. I’ve never stayed at such an awful hotel. I’m having to report the charges for fraud because they’re just charging anything and everything and then making it up as they go. Ridiculous. Do not stay here unless you want them to rob you.Chris is the manager who is rude and aggressive. There’s mold my whole family along with my BABY got sick from the mold. We left the hotel today saying they would refund us for the week ahead we paid for and yet they’re trying to charge us again for the room even though we checked out. Chris made it such a problem when we tried to leave that when we were packing our things she called the cops on us forrr idek what leaving?! lol the cops even thought it was ridiculous. I don’t know what her problem is but if they want to fix up this disgusting hotel they should start by firing her. If they keep trying to charge us we will have to pursue legal action against them as at this point the phone calls and repeatedly trying to steal from us is getting out of hand."

"Chris is the worst manager!!!! We checked into the hotel on December 19th, we booked it online for 9 nights and paid for it. Entering the room, we were very upset, because it was dirty, the sofas were stained, the smell was not pleasant, the sofa was exhausted and it was impossible to sleep on it; we also found two dirty towels, one in the sofa, one in the bathroom. We immediately reported this and asked to change our room, but they refused. We barely spent the night, and in the morning we decided to leave for another hotel, since my children and my family felt uncomfortable there. Even at 8 o'clock in the morning, someone came to our room and knocked very hard. And we slept because we couldn’t sleep at night because of the dirty room. I went up to the counter, there was a woman sitting there, her name is Chris, she is the manager of this hotel. I explained the situation to her and asked us to change the room. But when I began to explain with the help of a translator, she began to mutter to herself that I didn’t know the language why I came here, and that she was tired of people coming from other countries, and so on. I know the language a little, but I understand. She spoke to me very rudely, showed aggression and, without listening to me, went outside to smoke. She refused to change our number or return the money. The next day I tried to explain to her again, but she wouldn’t talk to me, she again showed rudeness and aggression. I understand that she is a rassist!!!! Rude and ignorant woman. We didn't get our money back. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is not worth your money!"

"When you normally stay at a budget hotel you have to know it's not gonna be perfect. This place takes what they have to work with. It's clean. No bugs. No roaches. Bed is comfortable. Shower is hot. And the people here are super nice. Sure. Are there things that need fixed appearance wise.....yes but its not a brand new hotel. I will definitely stay here again."

"The room was fine. The staff was fine. They no longer serve breakfast until after their renovations are done, apparently. Also, we had two tvs but only one worked. The indoor pool was nice, but the pool room was like a sauna. The kids enjoyed it though. I would stay here again because the price is right for the quality."
