"The staff was very helpful and nice when we checked in. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. Was very impressed with the cleanliness and everything that was offered in the rooms. Very easy access."

"The ppl at the desk are not very friendly what so ever.. my company had booked 5 rooms .. I call the day before we r suppose to arrive to make sure they have all the paperwork they need upon us checking in and notified them that one room would have a SERVICE animal. I was told as long as the paperwork was provided there wouldn't be a problem. So we get to the hotel and they ask for a card . I tell them it's on the crew fax . She said was like we don't get the crew you will have to make a copy of it I'm like how can I do that when I don't have it .. she continues to ask for a card which I don't have access to.. then she switch it to asking me for the crew fax. When I tell her I don't have it they have that she switches it to there is no pets allowed only service animal which she already had the paperwork for the animal then proceeded to tell me we didn't call ahead of time to inform them of the service animal so therefor the animal couldn't stay although she had the paperwork.. I even showed her where it says NO ANIMALS ALLOWED EXCEPT SERVICE ANIMALS and no where n there does it says must call ahead.. That night they lost 5 guest and a bad review with a call to cooperate.. then she tells my boss they aren't going to give u a service dog for anxiety which anxiety was never brought up .. so I guess they can make their rules up as they go ... I WONT EVER STAY AT A MARRIOTT AGAIN"

"This visit was for a sad occasion. We lost my Brother. This hotel could not have been kinder. They went above and beyond accommodating us. The location was perfect for getting to family and having plenty of places to eat and shop."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Clayton was SO helpful in securing/upgrading our room (due to Priceline error) and he was patient with all of our 8-12 year old soccer boys all weekend! We had a nice, spacious room. The TV was slow, but we were fine as there wasn't much time for it anyway. Elevator was a little shaky. But for the price, I was pleased overall."

"The good 1) Staff is pretty responsive to requests. 2) Breakfast is pretty good. 3) Being near the bypass is convenient if you want to head anywhere near Cincinnati. The bad Update: The hotel did eventually provide an infant cot. 1) I specifically asked for an infant cot. Marriott allows this. I arrived and there was no infant cot. According to the front desk they don't stock them at this location. 2) Heater did not work. It's cold outside. 3) The room wasn't clean when I arrived. 4) There is black mold in the room. After one night sleeping in the room my daughter's nose was filthy and I had a smoker's cough. How is this not a public health hazard?"
