"Stayed here for four nights for a conference, the room and location are great but the service was AMAZING. Every person I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend it highly enough"

"There is no microwave in the rooms. Only on the first floor, and it is ancient and has never been cleaned and leaves a strong cheese taste in the food. I have been in hotels half the price with microwaves that don't suck. The service was decent however."

"Nice hotel. Some of the rooms can use a refresh. They advertise a pool on some booking sites, fyi there is no functioning pool. Staff is friendly, they were very helpful and apologized about the confusion. The hotel is located right downtown which is very helpful to get places quickly. Parking was reasonable and we did need to use overnight parking. Also electric car charging is available in the downstairs garage."

"Reserved a room the day of, was a fair price. Very clean, secure, and prime location. They have a nice bar and not too expensive. They have a microwave in their little store next to the bar. Didn't know they were lighting up the tree but it was very nice and convenient. This is the second time I've booked with The Westin and have no complains other than the pool being closed."

"Horrible experience from the moment we arrived. Decided to stay in a nice hotel downtown for a special occasion, opposed to a cheaper hotel out of the city. Elevator from garage to hotel was scary making noise and shaking. Got on the escalator from 1st floor to lobby. It stopped midway up, the worker said 'guess you have to walk the rest of the way.' With all of our luggage in tow, it was not easy climbing to the top. Upon check in, no rooms available and had to wait around to get a room. Then waited almost an hour for our luggage to be brought up before being able to leave for dinner. We were charged extra for a fountain square view room, with no fountain view in sight. Only a rooftop and side of a building. Only had 1 out of 4 elevators available when we arrived. Upgrade technology for the elevators, nice in theory, absolutely horrible if actually trying to use them to get to your room. After scanning card, it would say no available elevators at this time. Had to wait at least 15 minutes whenever trying to go up or down. Another reason for choosing this hotel was pool and hot tub... Come to find out, they no longer have a pool and hot tub available. Didn't try the restaurant, but had a few drinks at the bar which also cost a small fortune. Great location, decent room but nothing spectacular for the price. Overall horrible experience and not worth it. I know it was a busy night as they had areas blocked off because Texan football players were also there that night, but I would not recommend this hotel."
