"This place is a nice quiet, apartment like. That is very friendly, Great customer service. There are no bad people here at all. So you can rest easy at night, and not have to worry about any trouble. Pet friendly. I would recommend all my friends and family to come and stay here. I love it here. Also, I forgot to add that they have great rates in the county. So stop by check it out."

"The good: customer service & friendly staff. The bad: We walked in and were greeted with an odd smell, possibly weed. I don't use it so I'm not 100%, but that was the best I could figure. The bathroom had multiple holes in the drywall, pink marks on the door, broken curtain rod resulting in an inability to completely close the curtain, moisture damage to the baseboards and ceiling (there was no exhaust fan), no bath towels, and an EXTREMELY slow draining sink. Kitchen was nice at first appearances, until I turned on the light and there were little black spots all over the floor. Also discovered that the microwave wouldn't turn off unless unplugged and the outlet was open and missing the cover. Also the fridge, despite being set to the warmest temp setting, froze everything. The one plate in the cabinet was dirty. There were coffee grounds provided, but no coffee maker. That wouldn't normally be an issue for me, but we visited over Christmas and there was no breakfast provided on Christmas Eve or Christmas day (another thing I would be fine with, but I need the means to take care of my own breakfast if it isn't going to be provided). Moving on into the main portion, only one of the two beds had a comforter on it. I had booked a room for one adult and two kids, so one would think it would be a given that we would need AT LEAST 2 comforters. There were extra pillows in the closet, but no extra blankets. The floor near the couch was sticky, and my son found a broken pencil and a half empty bottle of water in the fold out couch-bed. He's 4 and on the spectrum, so did not know better than to try to put these things in his mouth. I caught him before he drank from the water bottle, but didn't notice in time that he'd also found the broken pencil, and he'd already eaten the eraser. Only one trash can was provided with no extra bags, which normally would probably be fine. But having had to be responsible for two breakfasts (plus wrapping paper from gifts), we could have stood to have another (plus it would only make sense to have one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen). And lastly...someone down the hall from us thought it would be a hilarious prank to pull the fire alarm at 2 am on Christmas morning. While I realize this isn't the hotel's fault, it still added to an overall negative experience. On the upside, the staff noted all the damages we reported and told us we would not be charged. We also got a late check out free of charge so we could get a little extra sleep after the juvenile prank with the fire alarm. Good customer service, but that will only go so far to combat all the negatives."

"Front desk service was great. The room itself had dirty stained sheets and pillows, no running water in the tub, the door hanging off the closet, and stains on the couch. The second room our friends had also stained sheets and pillows, no working bathroom fan, and thermostat falling off the wall, along with 2 adult toys in the bedroom drawer."

"This place got a great location close to a shopping mall and the kings island nearby. Staffs have good service, they try their best to at least. My bathroom and kitchen is clean, can’t say about others experience tho. I know there are renovating the place from the looks of it. Be sure to stay in upper floors for quieter rooms."

"Never felt more uncomfortable in a hotel room. We slept on top of the covers because they seemed the cleanest. Otherwise stains on pillowcase, blankets, towels. Surfaces were sticky. Tub looked unclean. No bed bugs though! They allowed for late night check in and did provide good customer service. At least they are trying."
