"great location. pool right next door at the y with a discount. library right across the street. clean. good management. lot going on at fountain square and washington park and main street or otr area. pretty much in the heart of it all. that said you will encounter panhandlers daily and a sprinkling of various nuttiness. most of the neighbors are friendly enough but not all that willing to engage with others for the most part. quiet except for street noises at times. going to be on streetcar route. i have lived here 2 and 3/4 years."
