"I have lived here a year, immediately I had flooding ( a leak in the roof that has impacted several tenants in the building) that the maintenance will not fix. They charge impossible late fees if for some reason you can’t pay COVID 19 has impacted my income and even though people in Kentucky we’re supposed to be safe ( governors orders) this management office has sent threatening eviction the second rent isn’t paid. Yet won’t fix the many problems the apartments has. If you don’t want to go under , and pay through the roof for an apartment that isn’t worth 500$ a month, then don’t rent from UPtown rentals! The snobby greedy office ladies will take your last dime and still try to tell you you owe more rent!!!!!! Do your d*** job Uptown"
"A good place for when you're starting from scratch, I loved living here, everything is less than 10 minutes away (shopping centers, schools, fast food, supermarkets)."
