"OK this place was horrible. I have stayed in some bad places but dam. The only thing nice was the bed. I'm talking holes In the walls ,doors coming apart .the walls have so much nicotine on them it's starting to for drops on the ceiling. The shower was the best 1 yet don't change it just fix all the holes surrounding it. If I wasn't so tired I would have left .... come on super 8 you can do so much better"

"Noise: highway is very loud 24/7 Building: SHAKES like an earth quake coming anytime someone walks across the landing Bathroom: no tub. Shower head only went down to about 5 ft so kids or short people could not shower! (I’m 5’8” and it was hitting at my collar bone at the lowest I could point it) I was touching walls trying to get all the cracks and crevices clean so I couldn’t imagine being bigger and trying to not drown in the tall shower head that can’t be moved. There was also graffiti on the towel rack and the sink stopper was broken. Bed: impressed actually. It was clean Table: infront of the bathroom? Who tf sitting at a table where all the poo particles coming straight from the bathroom to the table? Gross. Door lock: honestly I don’t trust it. Looked like it only locked 1/4” and the doors are facing the street so anyone could bust in. Also the bathroom door was secured with a screw when closed. Like a cheap fix from someone breaking the door facing Overall 2 stars is accurate. Affordable and convenient for a short trip with no funds. Staff were nice."

"My husband and I stayed at the Super8 at 7973 Dream St., Florence, Ky from Jan 13 - Jan 17.We found sloppy patchwork beside the heating/cooling unit,and under the bathroom sink. The bedspread had cigarette burn holes in it and there there was no blanket on the bed. the bed stunk, the sheets had blood spots on them. The heat had one setting hot, and if we would turn it down we would freeze.There was cracks around the outside door where air could get in. The bathroom door you couldn't shut. My husband and I are in our late 60's and 70's and had to walk up to the third floor to our room because the elevator was broken. There are roaches all over the room, even more come out when the lights are off. There was no coffee pot, no ice bucket, no cups and no toiletries. We checked out 2 days early because we couldn't take it anymore. I have pictures of the room if you want to see them."

"There was a crack pipe in the table next to the bed. The ice tray was fifty and had stains on it. It clearly has not been cleaned. It was a shower only and I really wanted a bath after a 5 hr trip. On the Internet it was 47 but when I paid it was 90 when I brought it to the clerks attention she simply said well the Internet says that but it's never the true price. The receipt said 170 total cost for 2 nights with a pet but my card was charged 190."

"The people that work here are very nice and that really helps. The breakfast is only cereal but thats ok. The people that work here are kind. Its the best experience weve had yet and we have been in a hotel a little over a month. Thank u to the staff"
