"My grandkids and I had a fabulous time.. We went M.L.K. weekend. The room was awesome. Big huge space for four kids and two adults. Very professional staff. Breakfast was fresh and hot. My only recommendation would be to have a microwave in the rooms. Other then that .. I can't wait to return.. Grandkids loved the pool !!!"

"I had a pleasure of staying here unplanned. My flight delayed and could not make a return. I made last min reservation and arrived exhausted. Rav and Brenda took care of me with upmost kindness. As I arrived, I was already checked in, (I’m also a Hyatt member so had my card filed already) gave me water, dinner recommendations, everything to make the night easy. Morning staff were amazingly sweet also. Thank you!"

"Requested pillows with no feathers twice and still couldn't get any. Soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower were both empty which was an unfortunate surprise. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Comfortable bed."

"We booked a stay for our family of 6. When we arrived, I found lots of dried food inside the fold-out couch. I immediately requested a new room and after moving all our luggage to the new room, we discovered old food on the floor and dark stains all over the carpet. We ended cancelling our stay that night because we lost confidence in the cleanliness of the hotel. It was an unfortunate experience and I hope the hotel is able to make some improvements to their cleaning standards."

"The room was exceptionally clean. The rest of the hotel was very clean as well. Breakfast in the morning was great and lots of options, but most of all, Tonya At the front desk was amazing! She went above and beyond and was so sweet. We were trying to get a picture printed off so we could do a birthday cake for our child. We were getting it done at Meijer next door, So we were hoping to be able to get it printed without having to make several trips or find a place. The guest computer and printer only printed in black-and-white. On a whim, I asked Tonya At the front desk if there was anyway, she could get it printed for us, and that I would happily pay a printing fee. She was so sweet and kind and gave us her email to send it to and printed it off in Her office or the office. I offered to pay for it and she told me not to worry about it. She could’ve easily just told us that that color printing wasn’t available, but she took the time to help us out and make our day so much easier and less stressful."
