"This used to be our go-to hotel for staying in the Florence area. We travel there regular late. This last visit was not good. Things went downhill. The first room rate of cigarette smoke. We were given a different room. The second room had bed bugs. Bed bugs! Disgusting! It was 1:00 a.m. by the time we had returned to go to bed so we just took the new room they offered. Had it been earlier in the day we would have left to find a different destination. Will not be staying here ever again."
"The room was a bit dated and the breakfast consisted of runny eggs and cold sausages. The staff was friendly though and the jacuzzi tub in our suite was nice. Overall, there were not any problems and our stay was comfortable enough. Definitely decent for a budget hotel. Would have rated this better if it wasn’t for the breakfast being sooo bad. Still we will probably stay again when we are in town visiting family."
"1. Close the airport 2. Have a bus to free drive us to hotel. 3. Every day, clean up our room. 4. The bed is not too soft and good enough. 5. Have a refrigerator and cool enough for the drink. 6. Good breakfast every morning. 7. They can allow us to use the lobby and have a meeting there. 8. When we leave for the airport, the own come to say goodbye with us, and find the couple cars to drop us to the airport. We are an ppreciate all services are good and so comfortable. I m recommend for everyone when you book hotel there"
