"Nikki, our front desk associate was the absolute most helpful and sweetest front desk person I’ve ever had. Regardless of hotel standards she will be the reason I come back here. Rooms are clean and location is good but she is hands down the sole reason to keep coming back. Her friendly and positive attitude was so welcoming and positive that I could not imagine coming back to a hotel in the Florence area that isn’t here:"
"Great place to stay while traveling with our dog. $20 fee for dog but it was worth it. Everyone we met on staff was very welcome and helpful. Nice room, comfy beds and nice continental breakfast. Lots of fast food places close by too. Close to 75 so we didn’t add any travel time to our trip. We’d stay again!!"
"It’s a decent & clean place: seems newly improved & remodeled. The staff are very friendly & accommodating: the front desk clerk worked with us for an adjustment, which we were very grateful for! Pros: 1- In a lively area where everything is close by: restaurants, shopping centers, museums, Downtown Cincinnati Ohio & more—a really great location! Cons: 1- no elevator: so if stairs are an issue, please plan accordingly. 2- the breakfast food quality that is served is okay, but not great. I would rate the food 5/10 overall."
"I stayed there for several days and I was so very impressed by how welcoming the staff was. Every area of the entire property was clean and smelled fresh. The girl that cleaned the rooms did such a thorough job. The rooms were so comfortable and clean with clean bedding and floors. They had a wonderful hot breakfast with just about anything one would want. They had fresh coffee always. When I checked out the staff thanked me for staying and welcomed me back anytime which places would welcome me back because I would be bringing business but this staff actually took the time to say those words to me. They were very personable and so friendly. It was really just like staying with friends! Thank you all so much for such a wonderful stay"
