"Leaks in my apartment call management and maintenance with no answer"

"When I first moved here yrs ago the management here was Mr. Lane he been gone for about 4yrs Now!! these apartments have went down hill the elevators breaking down every week, leaks everywhere maintenance dont know how to fix nothing and they come whenever they want to to fix stuff they use to come within 48hrs now they come who knows when I had to wait a whole month for my sink to be fixed, the staff in the office is rude and unprofessional nasty attitudes. They also have roaches and lazy pest patrol that skips people units to make his job easier. I mean its rediclous security lazy never answers the phone at the desk & be gone at night for hrs so therefore some people cant get in the building at night. They need to do better I will be moving soon outta this hell hole cause it's not worth market rent at all apartment out dated and they dont wanna update nothing just sad! people that dont even live here posted in the front daily causing violence I can go on and on...dont move here yall it has gotten bad they need to start over fresh with better management bring lane back!"

"I came too visit my father this weekend for father's day and the elevator was broken down the whole weekend also it smelt like urine on there it was a whole bunch of guys hanging out in front also while I was there someone kept knocking on the door even after we told them they had the wrong door which the person they were looking for did not live there so I'm not sure how the person even got pass security the building has potential but it's definitely a few adjustments that should be made and security is one they have to do better with keeping things in order"

"I worked here as a temp years ago. Head Manager was rude and unprofessional. The conditions of the apartments were below acceptable . No one deserves to live like that. Sure hope improvements were made."

"Attempted to help a client of mine submit an application to this building and the woman at the front desk is easily one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever come across. If that is how this Apartment complex treats people that are just walking through the door, I can only imagine the amount of disrespect they give their actual tenants. I will personally tell all my clients to never apply here unless they are okay with being treated like garbage."
