"Terrible place to live, silverfish infestation for over a YEAR of living there. Maintenance and pest control didn’t fix anything, and had to live in fear of them falling from the ceiling onto my face at night. Do not live here, especially on the top floor of the building."
"Lilah was such a great help!! I would 100% recommend her to others!"
"Great location! Maintenance is always friendly, but sometimes does not complete the job. The fire alarm goes off a lot and it’s the loudest thing you’ll ever here. Mail is stolen often and they don’t do anything about it. The door to get in is broken and sometimes doesn’t open. The fire trucks are so insanely loud. Delivery trucks in the morning will wake you up. There’s been a piece of lettuce stuck to the wall with unknown substance for like a year and a half. There’s vomit in the staircase. Walls/ceilings are very thin. Elevator is broken at least once a month for a couple of days. Overall the apartment looks pretty modern, but very cheaply made. If you’re looking for something close to campus, this is good for that. It is also very close to all of the bars."
"Really nice apartments and a great location for students!"
"THE FIRE ALARMS WILL GO OFF when there is no fire. Uptown has commented back saying they were in the process of fixing them but never did. Who knows if they even really work? Also, they will go off continuously, so have fun walking up to the apartment only having them go off again, (seriously it happened 5 times). Half the time people don't even leave the building because its not real! SO ANNOYING! Also, I can't find my initial post about this, maybe they deleted it because they can't fix the problem."
