"This is the nicest apartment I’ve lived in! Jadwiga Lane was extremely helpful in the moving process and always responded to my emails fast. The maintenance here is amazing as well. I had a problem with my shower door and they came within minutes. I also previously had a problem with our AC not cooling and Rick fixed it fast! Everyone I’ve met that works here is extremely nice and friendly which is a very nice change from my last place. Our apartment is beautiful and I plan on staying here for a while!"

"I love it here !! This is an amazing place to live. It is beautiful community, neighbors are nice, and the community is well kept. The maintenance team is awesome, friendly and on time/ prompt. From the start of this process JJ lane(leasing specialist) was amazing she assisted me at every step of the process, answered all my questions and truly made me feel welcomed which helped me feel right at home. Apart from the community and staff and JJ being awesome but the location is in walking distance of Clifton market, multiple stores and restaurants and a great wine shop. I would definitely recommend living here… JJ will make sure to show you why the Whitfield is the right choice for you. Thanks JJ"

"I've lived at The Whitfield for over a year now and couldn't be happier! The two buildings here are both very nice, and I've had no major issues while living here — I've lived in a few different apartments around the Clifton area over the past several years, and my apartment here is without a doubt my favorite. Some of my favorite things about my apartment are the modern appliances, energy efficiency, the big kitchen with a dishwasher, and the nice finishes (floors, stone and tile in the kitchen, etc.). I also love having the shared grills in the outdoor common space and the option to park in a secured garage. The maintenance staff is friendly and quick to respond to requests — the few requests I've made for small things, e.g., changing a water filter in our refrigerator, have been taken care of next-day or within a few days at latest. The common areas (hallways, etc.) of the buildings are kept clean as well. The leasing staff is awesome, too! Shoutout to JJ L.! She has been a joy to work with — I recently downsized from my previous apartment at The Whitfield to a smaller apartment here, and JJ made that process a breeze. She gave me tours of several different floor plans until I found the one that was the best fit for me, helped me make sure I had everything taken care of, and answered every question I had along the way. Gaslight seems to be investing in the property as well, and have been good about addressing things like parking issues as they have come up. For what it's worth, I have no affiliation to Gaslight, and wasn't told to leave a review or anything — just wanted to share my experience here. At this point, I plan on staying here for several years to come!"

"The apartment themselves are mostly pretty nice. However, once management switched from Village Green to Gaslight, the apartment complex went steadily downhill. Would not recommend living here at all, management is a constant headache to deal with. And once you move out, call daily about your security deposit. I don't know a single person who moved out who didn't have some type of issue getting their security deposit back."
