"This place has to have the worst maintenance crew ever, they used my kitchen chairs to stand on to plaster & paint the ceiling, got plaster all over them, plus paint, and didn't even bother to clean them off, removed asbestos ceiling tiles without buita containment, and not even licensed to remove it, they used a new mop to spread plaster, and didn't even bother to clean it, broke my broom to use for their tools, I've seen other apartments wit ceiling falling in, poorly ran, I'd advise you to look for another place"

"There are little kids running and screaming in the parking lot every day that it's not raining. If it rains they are running and playing in the hallways. The parents condone this as they congregate in the lot with the kids. Big Wheels and scooters and screaming kids are constant. Some days laundry hangs from the balconys.The place used to be nice but now it's starting to look like Little Bagdad. The owner needs to wake up and enforce the rules."
"I have been living there on and off for 17 years.. The apartments are beautiful!! But the landlord is too tight and charges extra to swim in his pool, which should be included in your rent! He constantly is yelling at kids for even walking in the grass, the park has no handles for kids on the slide for them to fall off and break there neck, and cars are constantly getting broke into.. So overall this time when I leave, I am NOT coming back"
"I love my townhouse. When I first looked at the area I thought it was going to be ghetto BC of the area its known for but, it's far from it. It's very quite in the complex and clean. My only major complaint is the park for the kids is so outdated and the slide is very dangerous. Every parent here complains about but the landlord doesn't really take complaints like this seriously. FIX THE PLAYGROUND!! CHEAPSKATE LOL"
