"We arrived in the area late October and were in a very nice apartment within just a few days. Kim was our main contact and she handled everything extremely well. The apartment was in NKY. We requested a fully furnished place (everything but our toothbrush and clothes); it was all done with no problems. The apartment was clean and ready when agreed. The apartment staff takes pride in the units here. During our 5 month stay, furnace filters and smoke detectors were checked, we were issued a fire extinguisher, snow removal was prompt and the area is well maintained .Due to COVID we could not use the exercise facilities, so no input on those. Kim was an absolute delight to work with. She followed up with us regularly to ensure everything was as expected. We were treated like royalty. I can highly recommend working with GCRSI for your temporary housing needs."

"I just want to say any and everyone that was involved with GCRSI was great. I personally worked with Doni Uphus and when I say one of the most amazing women I have ever cane across I mean it. She was great from start to finish. When I had issues with my move out or just needed items for the apartment I don’t care how late it was she responded that same night or bright and early the next day and was very efficient with solving the issue or getting me an answer. She made me and my babies feel so comfortable and help me relax when I got stressed out with my process and situation. I want to personally thank her personally and the person who hired her.
