"I have been living here for awhile now and my biggest complaint is that management does nothing to upkeep this complex. The lighting in the parking lot is nonexistent. Parking lots are dark and the lamp post that once housed lightbulbs are just posts with dangling wires now. To the complexes credit they finally decided to repave the pothole riddled road recently but that took them years to even do it. I can only hope they do something about the lighting situation. Before you rent here drive through the complex at night and you will see how dark the street is. The apartments are old and if it was possible to cut corners they cut them. From CHEAP carpets and thin padding, to cheap sawdust cabinets you will find it all. The walls are thin and you will hear sound especially if you have noisy neighbors. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely fashion but don't expect management to do anything about any of your concerns outside of normal cheap repairs. The property manager is nice when she wants to be and rude when she doesn't. Her mood changes as often as weather does in Cincinnati. From one day to the next you just don't know what you will get. Thanks!"

"Super nice so far. The apartment was super clean and looked nice. The only issue we have is one of the stove burners aren't working and the heat wont turn off for some reason. So far it doesnt seem to have any other issues."
"Mad problems with the apartment. Heat never works. Never have hot water. Shower leaks through the floor into the living room. Carpet doesn't stay down. Cabinets and appliances are in horrible condition. Handles breaking off the cabinets. Disgusting balcony"
