Let me give you my advice for who ever wanna move to this place, just take it serious and don't look for better place cuz here you'll deal with alot of problems like roaches they never even send exterminator since i moved on 2019 and the main think is that most of my package stolen and the issue is from the mail room plus all that you got no respect from the office ppl and no one take that issue serious which i never faced at my life . Whatever just don't make my mistake by moving it's not safe place (long story)"

"Lived there for about three years, including a year and a half during the pandemic. My overall experience was good except a few things related to the personnel (described below). I left in 2021 so recent experiences may vary. The pictures I included are from my single bedroom apartment at 630 Lowell. The apartment was clean and recently painted when I moved in (standard stuff). They also gave us a new carpet which was nice. All appliances worked well during the entire time of my stay. *** Pros: Maintenance was fast and the staff was easy to reach (the management building was very close and someone was usually available during business hours). Outside business hours, they had a central emergency number for all CMC properties. When I left, I got 100% of my deposit back. Yes, I left the apartment in good condition, but even so, a lot of companies try to deduct part of the deposit for some made up reasons, which didn’t happen here. *** Cons: The manager in 2018-2019 was a rude guy who seriously lacked courtesy. - Another issue was package delivery. I counted— Sixteen times I was told my package has not been delivered although tracking said otherwise. I was told to check back later. However, if I came back and said it was delivered YESTERDAY, they would magically retrieve the same package. What I found was they simply didn’t look thoroughly the first time I asked. This happened over and over until there were some personnel changes. - The shared washer at the ground floor was out of order quite often. - Pool was closed most of the time even during Summer."
