"My fiance and I lived at Fox Run apartments for roughly 5 years. I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt it necessary to write about our experience while living here. We really enjoyed our apartment. The community was always clean and well taken care of. Safety was never a concern and the location was very convenient. We utilized the pool and workout equipment at the Blue Ash Rec Center weekly (memberships come at a discount for living in Blue Ash). Fox Run is a walk away from the local Kroger which came in handy. One thing that stood out with BRG is their commitment to make sure maintenance requests are completed and followed through with. We would receive calls from the front office within an hour to make sure that someone was coming out to fix the problems. The floorplans at Fox Run do a fantastic job at making the square footage seem larger than they really are. The two of us had plenty of space to have an office/guest space and a master bedroom with a very large walk-in closet. Last but certainly not least was the exceptional service that one of the Fox Run staff consistently provided for us. Cindy Schlie was someone that always went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy. If there was one thing that we wished we had at our new apartment, it would be someone like Cindy that we could trust and reach out to with any concerns. Thank you for making our time memorable while staying at BRG. Thank you Cindy for all the assistance that you gave us with moving out and relieving a great deal of stress that we could have had. We would give Cindy 6 stars if we could. - Brendan"

"Fox Run is a great place to live! We have been there for a year and it's been nice! Anytime we had an issue with repairs, the maintenance guys were on top of it, and it was fixed in no time. My apartment is newly renovated and I absolutely love it! The area is clean and well maintained. Community cleaning issues are always addressed to make sure the area is well maintained. The ladies in the office, Lucy and Cindy, are absolutely awesome! They are so professional and pleasant! They are one of the reasons we plan to stay yet another year. You ladies do a wonderful job! Thanks!"

"The worst apartment I have seen. The maintenance is very poor, whatever the issue is, they will say it is normal. they never fixed any issue in the apartment, the shower is not working, AC sounds very noisy, no proper cleaning on the backside, especially for the forest-facing units. maintenance takes 2-3days to show up, the apartments are very old. I don't think the leasing office persons care about the renters, I really wish our stay should be peaceful here. As we don't have other availability, I am stuck here."
