"I just signed my 4th lease here and I still love it. Of course, it can be a little crazy living downtown but the location is much safer than other places and super close to the Reds stadium, Bengals stadium, etc. My favorite part of living here though is the staff. Michelle, who is the building admin, is so friendly and accommodating, Steve, our maintenance guy, is always quick to help, and Valerie, one of our cleaning ladies, is honestly a friend to me at this point and works very hard. I wouldn't be leaving this review if it wasn't for them to be honest. Highly recommend this place, especially for single women needing a safe place to live."

"My favorite place while living downtown. The location is centrally located and the price is just right. It doesn’t need fancy amenities for me to called this place home for many years. Can’t speak highly enough of Michelle and Steve. There’s nothing that they can’t or won’t do for you…reasonable requests. They’re a wonderful duo. I miss them so much!"

"This place (when it was Lytle tower) has group of wonderful people; tenants and staff. There's a lot of diversity in age and culture. Management is very knowledgeable and helpful and maintenance is friendly and fast. The room is charmingly small in size. Great for one person and perhaps a bit intimate for 2 people. The lobby is spacious and easy to work or relax in. The location is central and walking distance to downtown, OTR and Newport. I stayed here for a year and liked it enough that I signed on for another year. When I had to move, I was really appreciative on how management worked with me and helped me. I recommend looking at this place to anyone who has a minimal style, no pets (they only allow cats) and likes living in the city."
