"Visited this place a few times. Seems like an okay starter apartment. The courtyard is a nice addition. The office staff has been friendly whenever we had to interact with them. The hallways are too small for my tastes. Nice that each set of units has laundry in the basement."

"I want to say that the new maintenance man Aaron is amazing. He makes sure that everything that was placed on the work order is done correctly. Previously the maintenance man "jimmy rigged" things, left things undone. I rarely call for maintenance to my apartment but this week I had to place a work order because the Air Conditioner was leaking major water and I didn't want the carpet to mold he came right in and noticed that the air conditioner hasn't been maintained in years so he replaced it with a new one....no more leaking!!! He also fixed the bathroom sink that hasn't been right after it was "Jimmy rigged"...No more issues. And lastly, Last winter I had a Mole Rat come through the wall behind the sink and it had chewed through the hose on the dishwasher and he is fixing it now. I truly appreciate someone who genuinely cares about working smarter not harder. What would really be nice would be to have the Maintenance Man Aaron live onsite so if the tenants need him he will be right here. Just a suggestion. Oh don't let me forget to add his Personality and Professionalism is A100%"

"I moved in a couple weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier! Shawn, the property manager, is amazing. He’s professional, knowledgeable, organized, and efficient. The apartment and price is great! Everything I asked to be taken care of was completed ASAP and completed successfully the first time. The apartment was incredibly clean when I moved in which I really appreciated. Tim from CMC properties came to my apartment to take care of a couple things and he is wonderful and excellent at his job. Everyone I’ve met related to the care of this property has been excellent and professional. Thank you for making my new home so welcoming and easy!"

"I’ve lived here for roughly 10 years and LOVE IT! Part of the main reason I’ve stayed so long has been the staff! Sarah Scott and Doug are seriously the best and take GREAT care of their tenants. It’s always a weight off my shoulders to know if I need something or have questions they are there to help. The space is perfect for me and my pets and I love having a garage too!"

"I had a bit of a rocky start at first when moving in here. My apartment was not ready when promised and when I arrived it was still not ready. However, I do not want to focus on that because everything was made right promptly. The maintenance guy is amazing and couldn't be any nicer. Office staff always responds promptly. This has been by far one of the best places I have rented from. I really at the end of the day have no complaints. You are scoring an amazing deal for the location. It is quiet with occasional noise on Friday and Saturday nights as the younger crowd goes to and from or has people over. However, during the week you could hear a pin drop. I'd recommend this place. I would not leave myself when my lease is up but I need to move closer to work."
