Reviews
"My brother had to abruptly move out of here a few months ago. They are infested with mice and the management does nothing about it."
"I lived here a few years ago and it was a very bad experience. I'm writing this review because I was telling my friend about the experience, and realized I never warned anyone! My first clue should have been that management didn't even want to bother to be there to give me a tour of the apartment. After moving, my car was broken into, so I let the management know and warned my neighbors. Management asked me to stop warning my neighbors even though the neighbors told me they appreciated the heads up. Then they put up "neighborhood watch" signs everywhere. How helpful. I was also on the bottom floor - my carpet ended up soaking through each time it rained. It ruined some of my furniture. I lifted up the carpet and found black stuff and a LIVE WORM or leech of some sort - I still have the photos! They repeatedly sent maintenance who said that my floor was dry - what? I have pictures and video of how wet it was, too. My apartment began to smell so musty and nasty that when I left my door open as I moved out, my upstairs neighbor asked if that scent was coming from my place. They were horrified and told me they also had bad experiences while living there. I couldn't have friends over because it was so gross. Before deciding to move, I tried to politely resolve the issue with management, Trish, and she ended up screaming at me over the phone as soon as I said the word "lawyer." They insisted there was no mold. I was going to report them and withhold rent, but it was going to be a stressful process and I was about to start back at school. I broke lease and ended up having to pay them roughly a grand (two months rent) because I didn't pursue legal avenues. Before I left, I took a sample of what was under the carpet - and yes, it grew. I regret not taking them to court. Very nasty. Don't move here!"
"Very rude management, sewer smell in apartment complex, mold. Avoid at all costs."
"Nothing ever gets fixed, management constantly changing, maintenance man is very very flakey."
"I seen it on mine cellar phone, but i known i will come out to see it for my self, because mine girlfriend is live there now. I what to say thank you for having her for a residents in your bldg."
