"Amazing response from the maintenance department. Mike was very quick and efficient. I was very impressed and very happy. It was multiple items that were somewhat simple. I figured it would take a while to fix. Bulb replacement outside front door, hot water blend on shower, reduce heat in apartment (battery change in thermostat), etc. He even assisted me in wall hanging my TV. Great guy!"

"New management and staff has been great. I have lived here for around a year and a half and anytime I have had an issue I can just go talk to Cassie or Tiffany in the office and feel confident it will be dealt with. Mike is the maintenance manager and does a great job with any problems with any of the apartments. Super friendly staff that is always here to help. Prices did go up but that is everywhere around here and they have been making updates to the complex. The clubhouse/ gym is always cleaned and maintained. The pool has brand new furniture all around it including grills and tvs. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in this area."
