"They rip you off, for your application fee. I did an application with these guys and they told me that I was approved that all I needed to do was get my Duke energy bill situated and I did that. Once I did it I contacted the company and let them know that I took care of it. It took forever for them to reach back out to me and once they did, they told me that the house is rented already.. and she told me that she had another property that was smaller. I said ok. So I felt something wasn’t quite right. So I had my sister call about the house she told me that was already rented, when my sister call she told my sister that the house was still available, so I was confused like you just told me the house is rented and now the house is available, so I emailed her and told her about the situation and she canceled my other viewing for the other property. This is wrong you shouldn’t do people like that, bad business and customer service."
