"Best apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. Hands down the main reason is for Anthony. Anthony is the best maintenance person I’ve ever met. Not only has every maintenance request been fixed within 24 hours but he is so nice and very welcoming around the building. As everyone has experience with apartment complexes; maintenance requests can take forever to get complete or even looked at. Not here! Grandin knocks it out of the park when it comes to maintenance. Many other great things as well like the large size of the apartments and ease of resigning from year to year. Come to Grandin!"

"Over the course of two years that we have lived here, Christie and Anthony did everything they could do to help us out with any issues we ever had. I could always come down and talk to them about anything related to the apartments. I am truly grateful to Haley and Levi as well For all the assistance they had provided And can say that every staff member here helped make a huge difference in our lives and the lives of our boys. We are sad to move out due to personal reasons but we will never forget all the good people who made living here special. I will miss the the team at Grandin and a few of the residents I had the pleasure of meeting and talking too."

"Air conditioning has been broken for over 3 weeks, currently 80 degrees in my apartment. Contacted maintenance to come fix it, they have been to my apartment over 4 times to “fix it” but yet it has not been fixed yet. From their parts breaking to not having the right parts, it has come to the point I can’t sleep in my own apartment because it is so hot. All management has done was being 2 fans to my 3 bedroom apartment. There is frequent complete water shut offs for “scheduled maintenance” that occurs for several hours during the day. Other than these issues, the apartment complex is clean and in a safe neighborhood which is why I’m giving it 2 stars. I have been thoroughly disappointed with my experience."

Living at the Grandin House Apartments over the course of the past 3+ years has been a phenomenal experience, and I could not have asked for a better place to live, while also in an ideal location - beautiful setting and minutes from downtown Cincinnati and various other popular spots. I've lived in two separate apartments at Grandin, a 2-bedroom and a 3-bedroom, and both were very clean, spacious and accommodating for myself and every person that visited over the years. These apartments are truly a gem, and while life has taken me elsewhere, I will always be a strong proponent for living at the Grandin House. I have not seen another urban apartment setting around that even comes close. I cannot forget to mention the incredible staff both past and present - Cristy, Shayna, Anthony, Myles, Trisha, and all those I have not mentioned - THANK YOU so much for making my living experience a great one. If I have an opportunity to live here again in the future, I will jump at it!"
