"Went to check out the property, and I see why the reviews are low. The rent is high, everything is dirty & old inside, and the property manager lacks social skills"

"Sometimes you look at reviews and think maybe that person just had a bad experience so you still give it a try. With these reviews listen to them. The apartments are not bad at all for the price but the property manager needs to be investigated. He is very rude disrespectful and unapproachable his comments are very inappropriate. He told me “this is just a place to stay but these are other tenants home” because I’m “young” he even admitted into going into my apartment while i was not present and didn’t even give me a notice. With this being said i don’t suggest any one move here he harasses his tenants it’s not worth the stress ."

"My one star rating is not based upon the tenants and the quality of the apartment. I would give it a five based upon that those alone. My rating reflects directly the property manager and the owners. They are the most foul people I have ever encountered in my life. They can be, need to be, and are currently being sued for many things with discrimination mean just one of them. Until these people are gone, get this place can never live up to it's capabilities."

"The manager Mike is the most disrespectful, ignorant person you would ever meet. I don't see how he is even the manager! I would never recommend anyone to move here even if the rent was free! Worst living experience ever. He needs to be investigated."

"Overall positive experience here so far (2yrs). Like anywhere else, it has its issues. The appliances are dated, the stove is literally falling apart and we just gave up on trying to get them to fix it. Management can be somewhat unapproachable but they do a pretty good job about preventing any major issues from popping up to begin with. You get what you pay for, and what you pay for here is space and security. Everything else is kind of mediocre but nothing is all that bad. If they charged more I'd probably drop a star or two, but it's a good value for what they ask."
