"Fantastic location. BEAUTIFUL views! The apartments are great. Central air, balcony, updated appliances. The bathrooms are even nice. But as other recent reviews have stated, there is a major issue with who runs this place. If that matters to you at all, please keep looking."

"Close to major highways. The complex does have nice views, well that is if you are one the second or third floor, but the complex goes through new management like socks. Looks like the current owners looking to sell. No one gives two craps about the place. No body cleans up after their dogs. Management doesn't correspond with their tenants. Parking is a mess. You actually pay for your parking spot but their are no assigned parking spots? There are some questionable people that occupy the units. And if you are a light sleeper, good luck. The place is not sound proof. If someone would put a little love into the place it might be salvageable. It's on a private street. But it just seems to be tossed around to new owners once or twice a year."

"Great location, great management. I've lived here for two years. All the units are well maintained and the management responds quickly and efficiently to any issues that come up. It's a nice, quiet location with easy access to the rest of the city, especially downtown. Also, the view of the city and river is awesome."

"I have enjoyed living in my apartment here in the Incline Ridge complex. The landlord is a decent man, who actually listens to you when you have an issue, and does his best to resolve the issue expediently. The neighbors tend to be quiet (unlike the experiences of another reviewer), and we all get along well. If there's someone that you don't know (and when you first move in, that will likely be the case), then you just say hi, and introduce yourself. If they don't seem to want to chit-chat, at least they are still friendly. The apartments are nice, and have a great view of the city. I am on the 2nd floor, and LOVE the fact that I have a balcony! (In fact, all of the apartments have a balcony! Ever the 1st floor, because it's actually raised up from street level.) The street itself, while having a good amount of people living on it, is never noisy or too busy. My only suggestion is to make sure that you have a car, or at least have the Uber or Lyft apps, because transportation can be an issue if you rely on buses or do a lot of walking."
