"I moved in Aug, 2022, could never get a copy of my lease to see what the charges they kept adding on were about. Between Nov and March, had no heat on 3 separate occasions, was never an urgent matter to anyone. The elevator inspection expired in 2015, it breaks down frequently. The property mgr Luke Titmaster used his keys to illegally enter my apt with no notice on 2 if not 3 occasions. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Furniture at dumpster covered in bed bugs too. Lead paint in bathroom is coming down in chunks, because exhaust fan has been broke for who knows how long. I'm moving after only 7 months. Owners are in New Jersey, so your stuck dealing with Luke who perps like it's his building. Save your money and frustration. I am an insulin dependent diabetic, but propertymgr accused me of being on drugs. Christina at Mt Washington Larosas will attest he is a child creeper ! Also Luke had his brother Phil post a fake review to boost their rating, how pathetic !"

Dumpsters removed for nonpayment. Lawn not cut since June for nonpayment. Hedges not trimmed since November 2021. History of bed bugs. Bed bugs currently on 4th floor unit Now pets allowed so expect fleas and critters No monthly pest control under this management Expect rent increases and common utilities add on to leases Eight months of dysfunctional management We were promised upgrades to include new appliances, upgrades bathrooms and kitchens, new toilet and faucets, vinyl flooring Less than a dozen upgraded Rents for years were $550-$650 Now $850-$950 with poor poor management Building manager never to be found Most seniors in building are afraid to say anything because of repercussions. That expected when you are in 70s, 80s, 90s"
